Tips You Need To Pay Attention To Before You Place An Order

When you sign up for an account you are indicating that you agree to the policies and terms we have published in our online pages.

Here are some of the most important information that you must be aware of before you place orders:

1. OmyTang sends goods to you from China. As such, you (or the consignee) are IMPORTING. In many countries this means you will be liable for import duties and other taxes. It's your responsibility to find out about this, and your responsibility to pay the taxes/charges on receipt of the items.

2. Please note that you are responsible for finding out in advance about the legality of importing your ordered items in your country. We are not responsible for confiscated items by your local authorities or any associated costs incurred.

3.  If the products you purchased contain skin care or health care products, kindly choose EMS as the shipping methods because other Express companies refuse to accept the orders containing such products in China. We may change the shipping methods to EMS after getting your approval or cancel the order.

4.  On some occasions, items sell out faster than we can get the notice listed on our website. If you order an item and we find it's unavailable, we'll EMAIL to let you know. You may choose to keep the order until it's available or we'll be happy to refund your money or make an exchange. So leave your regular email in our form and check it causally after your place an order.

5.  Please double check your shipping address to make sure it's correct. If we're given the wrong address and the item is returned to us, your delivery time will be longer, as well as more costly as we have to charge to reship it. Most of the couriers refuse to deliver to PO box. We strongly recommend you to offer us a street address.

6. We would like to remind you that you are responsible for all handling fees if you pay through local Western Union, Bank transfter, etc.  We have no idea of such fees in different countries. We suggest you to confirm such fees with your local bank or agency.

7. We also offer wholesales and OEM for the items. If you expect to cooperate with us through OEM, please write to us through omytang@gmail.com. Please clarify your company name, address, telephone number, website and other information related in the correspondence if you are a serious trader.
