3. Eating. Most of people are losing weight by hunger. The weight you lost is not only the fat but your muscle. Once you stop using this method, the fat will come back. We believe you have to eat in order to maintain muscle and increase metabolism. Only the metabolism of body in a good state, it is possible to lose fat.
A. Three kinds of food you have to eat, including carbohydrate (inclusive of vegetables & staple food), protein (referring to meat or soy products) and food containing fat. Carbohydrate should take 40%- 60%, depends on how fat you are.
B. Put the cup at hand and remember to drink water as long as you want.
C. You can eat five to six times a day, but can not eat too much each time. The purpose of eating is to keep your metabolism at a high level. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are important. You must take the said three kinds of food we suggested and keep them balanced. The total calories vary from 350 to 450. If you are fatter, you can take more calories. It is better not to take potato chips, ice cream, chocolate as your snack. If you can’t help eating them, keep your calories within 100. If you want to take snack after dinner, keep your calories with 50 (not 100).
D. Time is also important for the eating. Do not exceed four hours between two meals (including snack). Do not eat anything three hours before you go to bed at night. (If you take snack three hours after the dinner, please ignore this word.)
E. Drink some soup before the meal, you will be likely to have a sense of satiety and will eat less.
4. It is better to take some aerobic exercise and strength training if you want to lose weight. Taking 45 minutes each time is ok.
