1.Can I add, remove or change products in my order after I've already paid?
Kindly always ask us first if you wish to make changes to an order you have already paid for. We might already have sent it out - there is a 24 hour delay between dispatch from China.
Unfortunately it is not easy for us to change orders, because if you change the items in the order resulting in the change of shipping costs, often quite significantly just for one or two items. So please contact us at first time if you change your mind. We will tell you what to do if the time is permitted.
2. What you would do if the item I paid for is out of stock?
Items on backorder will be noted in the item description; however, there are times that items sell out faster than we can get the notice listed on our website. If you order an item and we find it's unavailable, we'll email to let you know. You may choose to keep the order until it's available or we'll be happy to refund your money or make an exchange.
3. Are you doing the business of wholesale?
Yes, we are sure you are able to find the wholesale price at certian pages. Most of our products are in wholesale. If your order reached $1,000, we may offer you free shipping internationally. Please email us to omytang@gmail to discuss the shipping issues.
4. Do you accept OEM?
Yes, for some items, we are able to accept OEM if your order reached our requirement of minimum quantity. For example, the minimum order of tie is 50 pieces. And the minimum requirement of bamboo charcoal items is one 20 foot container through FOB. Price is discussed depending on the quantity of your order. We suggest you purchase some samples through our online store before you decide to place OEM.
