Return & Exchange

Several conditions must be met before OmyTang will refund an item. We also offer partial refunds if conditions for a full refund is not met. Also be noted that some of our items are non-refundable, such as used Hailiu Cigarette holder. We only allow a complete refund for items that have problems caused by OmyTang. 

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase! For return of our products, we ask:

• that it's unused and kept in its original conditionin. ( If the returning package doesn't include all the accessories, parts, packaging it was shipped with, the cost of the accessories and parts will be deducted from the total product price and can only warrant a partial refund.)

• that it hasn't been worn if it is clothing or apparel (that's fair, right?) 

• that you return the item within 2 weeks upon the receipt of it.

• that you pay for shipping it back to us.

Remember to email us before shipping the item to us in order to let us know that you want to return it. Our customer service will provide you a return authorization code. You need to write this return authorization code on the return shipping label. 

You will also need to provide us with a tracking number with your return/exchange package. Also, please don’t forget to include your original invoice in the return package. All returned merchandise should be fully insured and delivery confirmation requested since we are not responsible for any missing merchandise.

When we receive it, your purchase price of the item will be refunded to you within 3 business days after the return merchandise is received, minus the shipping costs. If you want to exchange the items,we will subtract return items value in your next order.
