1. How long does it take to receive my order?
Most items will be shipped within 5 business days after the payment is confirmed. However, some items may take up 7-10 business days before shipping. We deliver products via Standard International Air Parcel, Hongkong Post, EMS, DHL, etc. Delivery time varies depending on the country the item is going to. In common conditions, you are able to expect to receive the product within 2 weeks, but it also varies depending on shipping location and availability of products. It may also take additional time for your order to clear customs. The belows is the general delivery period for your reference:
DHL / TNT / China EMS: average delivery period around 6 to 12 working days, on-line tracking system will be offered.
Hongkong Post AIR: average delivery period around 15 days
Hongkong Post Surface: average delivery period around 25 days
Standard International Air Parcel: average delivery period around 30 days
2. How do you calculate the shipping cost?
All our shipping fees are calculated automatically according to either the actual kg weight of the goods or the goods' dimensions, plus the delivery location. The defaul shipping methods is Express.The basic weight charged by the shipping company is 500g inclusive of the item, the packaging and the box. That is to say, whatever your item is 5g or 500g, the shipping cost is same.
The Air Waybill (formal shipping document) that accompanies your goods may show a kg weight that is less than the shipping band that you paid for. This happens when the item is light but bulky, so the shipping band is calculated by dimensions, not actual weight.
In the meanwhile, the price depends on the different rates of the shipping companies and are subject to change without notice.

4. What should I do if my package is missing or I receive wrong items?
If you believe your package is missing items, includes incorrect items, or has been damaged or tampered with in any way, it is essential that you communicate this clearly to the courier company's delivery driver at the time of delivery. If you accept delivery and sign for the goods it is much more difficult to pursue a claim later.
5. Is there any other tax I should pay?
OmyTang does not charge any tax or extra fees, exclusive of goods price and shipping cost what you see on the order screen, but in many countries people have to pay taxes on imported goods. It is your responsibility to find out the regulations of importing your ordered items in your country in advance. We cannot offer advice or estimates about import fees or other taxes in your country. The rules are different in every country.
Customs clearance is undertaken by the courier in the delivery destination country (and in certain cases, in the en-route country). You must be available for contact by them, in the event of any query or clearance confirmation. In general the courier will present you with a bill at the time of delivery if there is VAT or any Import Duty to pay on the goods due to your country's import rules. You need to pay such bill to the courier before you can receive the goods. We recommend you to check with your local customs office to get more information in this regard. Once your items leave China, we are unable to track it.

7. Do you refund shipping charges if I return my order?
Shipping charges are not refundable except we find the mistake was made by us.
8. Are you sure if my purchased goods can import to my country?
Sorry, it is your responsibility to find out in advance about the legality of importing your ordered items in your country. You are responsible for knowing the regulations in your delivery country. We suggest you asking local customs for the laws and regulations before placing the order. We are not responsible for confiscated items by your local authorities or any associated costs incurred. Each country is different.
